*** The GQ MINIS made a great apearance on September 14th with two hotly contested classes and five karts in each class. The Junior class used 32 cc two stroke engines while the live axle class used the more powerful 46 cc - the smell of castro racing oils and sweet sound of expansion pipes made their introduction to Hobe Sound Raceway a super experience for both racers and fans. IMPORTANT REMINDER - Each parent shall sign an Annual Parential Consent form (white form) and each parent shall sign an event form for each race (pink form). The Race Director will determine the level of inspection for each class - may be as simple as checking a restrictor plate or counting gear teeth or checking lift of the cam. Everyone must pay the prevailing entry fee; sign the waiver; and wear the wrist band - please no exceptions.

ATTENTION RACERS AND CREWS - The REVISED RACE SCHEDULE is POSTED - SAVE THOSE DATES !
The 2025 Race Schedule will use (generally) the 2nd and 4th weekends. There will be a SWAP MEET along with Arrive and Drive plus a couple Track Work Days scheduled this year. The very popular Bill Willis Sr Champ Memorial Race is May 10th; FOAS and SFK will conduct joint races on March 8th and October 11th. FOAS will conduct a race at Hobe Sound on July 26th; and expect Test and Tunes dates being scheduled and posted.
The Gate entry fee is $15 per person over 5 years old (5 and under - free); the race registration fee is $35 - there is not a separate annual membership fee. The race registration fee includes a daily membership fee. DAILY TRAILER PARKING IS $10 - Assigned/Reserved Parking Fee is $125 per space or $100 depending on location. Those who paid for Assigned/Reserved Parking last year (2024) have first right to same pit space. ALL PIT SPACE RESERVATIONS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN THE SECOND RACE.
